Located within the Bank of America Center in Downtow Charlotte, The Ritz Carlton Charlotte is the first LEED®-Gold certified luxury hotel in North Carolina. Built around a time when LED lighting was still in its infancy, when lamp efficacy was still relatively low, obtaining LEED®-Gold certification presented a major challange, but none the less the hotel turned out stunning without any compromises.
